All bed linen, towels, electricity and heating oil are included in the price. The holiday home is stocked with a starter supply of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets (if applicable), toilet rolls and other kitchen and bathroom supplies. A deposit of 25% of the total tariff is requested in advance. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday (or by arrangement for short notice bookings). Bookings are from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am. No smoking is permitted within the holiday home. A refundable good housekeeping deposit of £50 will be required as part of your final balance payment. Sorry we are unable to accommodate pets. |

Accommodation & facilities Kitchen/Diner – Fully fitted modern kitchen with electric oven and grill, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker & all the cutlery, crockery, pots & pans you will need. Dining table & 4 chairs. Small utility area off the kitchen by back door with washing machine & tumble drier. Cloakroom – wc and wash hand basin. Lounge - settee and 2 easy chairs, flat panel TV, DVD player, coffee table and a selection of travel books. Master bedroom – Twin beds, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and easy chair Bedroom 2 – Twin room with bedside cabinet & fitted wardrobe. Family bathroom - Bath with plumbed shower over bath, wc and wash hand basin Outside – large garden at front and rear. Off road private parking at rear for 2 cars. Directions & travel info By Car - From the South - Follow the A9 north toward the Kessock Bridge at Inverness. At the Kessock Bridge roundabout continue across the bridge (2nd exit) and follow north toward Invergordon and Tain. Continue along the A9 passed Tain. After Tain take the second exit at the roundabout at the Dornoch Bridge across the bridge. Continue along the A9. Leave the A9, taking the A949. Continue into Dornoch. On arrival at Dornoch pass the 'Jail' shops on the right and Cathedral on the left. Turn left at the T junction then second right. Follow the road past the community hall and turn right. Follow the road round to the garden with the large green wooden garage. The back of the cottage is directly in front of the garage.
