This recently refurbished (2010) Dornoch Holiday Cottage is situated just off the town's main square and is adjacent to to Dornoch Cathedral. A few minutes' walk from the shops, all the amenities of the town and the infamous Royal Dornoch Golf Club.

The cottage has been very recently refurnished with all new furniture and the new kitchen/diner offers guests everything they need to ensure a great Self Catering Holiday.

All bed linen, towels, electricity and heating oil are included in the price. The holiday home is stocked with a starter supply of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets (if applicable), toilet rolls and other kitchen and bathroom supplies. A deposit of 25% of the total tariff is requested in advance. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday (or by arrangement for short notice bookings). Bookings are from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am. No smoking is permitted within the holiday home. A refundable good housekeeping deposit of £50 will be required as part of your final balance payment. Sorry we are unable to accommodate pets. Please note - the garden is not suitable for young children. Please enquire before booking.

First Floor

Lounge– 3 piece suite, coffee table, nest of tables, flat panel TV with built in DVD, Freeview and CD audio unit. Access to enclosed back garden area.

Lounge/Diner/Kitchen - open plan area with fully fitted modern kitchen. Electric cooker, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and all the crockery, cutlery and pots and pans you will need. Table to seat 4.

Family bathroom - Bath with electric shower, wash hand basin, bidet and wc

Second Floor

Master bedroom– double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, dressing table with mirror, plenty storage.

Bedroom 2– twin beds, bedside cabinets with lamps, dressing table with mirror, plenty storage.

Other information

Parking beside Dornoch Cathedral less than 20 metres away. Secure enclosed back garden patio area with table and chairs. Sorry we are unable to accommodate pets.

 

Directions & travel info

By Car - From the South - Follow the A9 north toward the Kessock Bridge at Inverness. At the Kessock Bridge roundabout continue across the bridge (2nd exit) and follow north toward Invergordon and Tain. Continue along the A9 passed Tain. After Tain take the second exit at the roundabout at the Dornoch Bridge across the bridge. Continue along the A9. Leave the A9, taking the A949. Continue into Dornoch. On arrival at Dornoch pass the 'Jail' shops on the right and Cathedral on the left. At the T junction at the end of the square turn left then first left again. There is parking available beside the Cathedral opposite Mitchell's Chemist. The cottage is the first house in the Alley way beside the Chemist.
